8. Service Terms

Drone Operations

All drone services provided by Stronghold Precision Aerials are conducted in full compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including Part 107.

Insurance and Liability

Stronghold Precision Aerials maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Clients are responsible for any damages to property or persons caused by interference with our operations or by client-directed activities outside our standard scope of work.

Deliverables

Deliverables (photographs, video, data, models, etc.) are provided in the format and timeline agreed upon in the service agreement. Additional revisions or services beyond the scope of the quote may incur additional fees.

Weather and Conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule missions due to adverse weather, unsafe wind conditions, airspace restrictions, or other safety concerns. Rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed upon in the service proposal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services and pursuit of collections.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, video footage, data, and deliverables created by Stronghold Precision Aerials are owned by the Company. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for the purposes agreed upon in the service agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of deliverables without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Client Representations

By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into service agreements, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stronghold Precision Aerials and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Site or services, or from your violation of these terms.

12. Revisions
