Scheduled Site Documentation
Recurring aerial documentation of construction sites from groundbreaking to completion. Track progress, verify milestones, resolve disputes, and create compelling timelapse deliverables that keep every stakeholder informed.
Construction moves fast. Conditions on a job site change daily, and ground-level photos taken by a superintendent tell only part of the story. Aerial documentation from a consistent vantage point captures the entire site in context — every trade, every material laydown area, every phase of progress — in a way that no amount of ground photography can replicate.
At Stronghold Precision Aerials, we work with builders, general contractors, and developers across Southern Arizona to establish recurring drone documentation schedules. Whether you need weekly, biweekly, or monthly flights, each visit produces a standardized set of deliverables: high-resolution aerial stills, video, and orthomosaics captured from the same positions every time so progress is immediately visible.
The value of this documentation extends far beyond marketing. Progress imagery protects you during payment disputes, supports schedule claims, satisfies lender and investor reporting requirements, and provides a permanent visual record of what was built and when. At project completion, we compile the full archive into a professional timelapse that showcases your team's work.
Every engagement is tailored to your objectives. Here is what you can expect.
We establish a consistent documentation schedule aligned with your construction milestones. Flights are captured from the same positions and altitudes each visit, creating a true apples-to-apples visual record of progress over time.
Each visit produces a georeferenced, true-to-scale aerial map of the entire site. Overlay successive orthomosaics to measure progress, verify material placement, and compare planned versus actual conditions.
Aerial imagery provides objective, timestamped evidence that specific construction milestones have been reached. Ideal for draw request documentation, lender reporting, and owner verification of contractor performance.
Keep investors, owners, municipal reviewers, and remote stakeholders informed with professional aerial updates. We provide presentation-ready imagery and video that communicates progress clearly to non-technical audiences.
When schedule disputes, change order disagreements, or damage claims arise, a dated archive of aerial imagery provides objective evidence. Our documentation establishes exactly what conditions existed on any given date.
At project closeout, we compile the full archive into a polished timelapse video showing the entire build from bare ground to finished product. A powerful marketing asset for builders and developers.
From consultation to final delivery, every project follows a proven workflow.
We meet with your project team to understand the scope, duration, and key milestones. We establish the documentation schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), define the standard shot list, and set up consistent flight positions for the project's duration.
On each scheduled date, our pilot captures the standardized set of aerial images and video from the pre-established positions. Additional angles and close-ups are captured to document current trade activity and notable conditions.
Each session's imagery is processed, organized by date, and added to the project archive. Orthomosaics are generated for sites that require measurement-grade documentation. All files are backed up and maintained for the life of the project.
Current deliverables are provided within 48 hours of each flight. At project completion, we compile the full archive and produce the final timelapse video and summary documentation package.
Do not wait until there is a dispute to wish you had aerial documentation. Start capturing progress from groundbreaking and build a visual record that protects your project and impresses your stakeholders.
