Most drone operators make you book a call to find out what anything costs. We would rather you could budget before you pick up the phone, and decide whether we are worth the call at all.
These are the real numbers. They are set at Tucson rates, not discounted for being rural — we are not cheaper than a Tucson operator, we are closer to your property, and that is a different advantage.
No travel charge in the Sulphur Springs Valley
We are based here. A Tucson operator flying a job in Willcox is eating 160 miles round trip and either prices it in or declines. We eat none of it. Most of Cochise County is also Class G airspace, which means no LAANC authorisation and no waiting — we can often fly the day you call.
Homes and buildings
Residential and commercial listings. Delivered MLS-ready in 24 to 48 hours, in both horizontal and vertical crops so the same shoot works for the listing and for social.

| Estate / Luxury25–30 stills, twilight and daytime, 90-second cinematic, next-morning delivery | $795 |

Land and ranch listings
Priced by flight legs rather than acreage, because that is the real cost. Part 107 requires visual line of sight, so a section-mile parcel cannot be covered from one standing position — it takes two, three or four launch points. A 320-acre square with a road through it is a shorter job than an 80-acre parcel split by a ridge.
| Parcel — up to 40 acresOne launch point | $375 |
| Quarter — 40 to 160 acresOne to two launch points | $575 |
| Section — 160 to 640 acresTwo to four launch points | $895 |
| Multi-section ranch — 640+ acresQuoted on launch legs | from $1,450 |
Every land tier includes 20–25 edited stills, a 60–90 second cut in horizontal and vertical, boundary-context framing, the access approach from the nearest public road, and any water or structural improvements on the parcel.
Land add-ons
These are what turn aerial photography into a land product. The first two answer the two questions every land buyer asks before anything else.
| Access route documentationThe drive in from the nearest public road — turn-offs, gates, cattle guards, wash crossings, road condition, shot in sequence | +$150 |
| Boundary overlayParcel lines from county GIS composited onto the aerial | +$95 |
| OrthomosaicA flat, measurable map rather than a perspective photo | +$250 |
| 3D terrain flyover | +$275 |
| Water and improvements inventoryWells, tanks, stock ponds, corrals, fencing condition | +$125 |
Construction progress
Scheduled documentation from groundbreaking to completion. Retainers are billed monthly; per-visit cost drops against one-off work because mobilisation amortises across the term.
| Single visit — media only | $550 |
| Single visit + orthomosaic + progress PDF | $950 |
| Monthly retainer1 visit, 25–30 stills, 60-second video, PDF | $750/mo |
| Bi-weekly retainer2 visits, plus orthomosaic and progress PDF | $1,400/mo |
| Weekly retainer4 visits, full deliverable set | $2,400/mo |
| Completion timelapseOn a 12-month term, otherwise $750 | included |
| Stockpile volumetrics, per pile | $200 |
Roof and insurance inspection
| Residential visual40–60 photos and a PDF report | $295 |
| Residential visual + thermal moisture screening | $445 |
| Insurance claim documentationTimestamped, geotagged, carrier format | $375 |
| Commercial flat roof, per building up to 50,000 sq ft | $895 |
| Multi-building portfolio, 5 or more | $595/building |
Thermal is sold as moisture anomaly screening, not as a certified thermographic inspection. We are not certified thermographers and we will not imply otherwise — if your carrier requires a certified report, you need a Level 1 thermographer and we will say so.
Agriculture and vineyard
Priced per block at the small end, because per-acre pricing breaks down on a 20-acre vineyard — at a few dollars an acre the trip costs more than the job.
| Minimum call-outCovers up to 40 acres, single scan | $375 |
| Per-block flat — vineyard up to 50 acres | $425/visit |
| 40 to 160 acres | $8/acre |
| 160 to 500 acres | $5/acre |
| 500+ acres | $3/acre |
| Prescription / variable-rate map layer | +$4/acre |
| Season subscription — 6 scans, bud break to post-harvestBilled monthly March to October | −25% |
| Route day — 2 to 3 vineyards on one Sulphur Springs loop | $295 each |
Mapping and 3D
| Minimum mapping call-outUp to 10 acres, orthomosaic and surface model | $750 |
| 10 to 100 acres | $15/acre |

| 500+ acres | $5/acre |
| Ground control — 5 to 9 surveyed pointsRequired for any stated accuracy | +$450 |

Travel
Zones, not a per-mile meter. We are based in the Sulphur Springs Valley, so the valley itself carries no travel charge at all — a Tucson operator flying Willcox is eating 160 miles round trip and either prices it in or declines the job.
| Zone 1 — Willcox, Cochise, Sunsites, Pearce, Dragoon | No charge |
| Zone 2 — Benson, Bowie, St. David | $50 |
| Zone 3 — Sierra Vista, Tombstone, Bisbee, Douglas, east Tucson | $125 |
| Zone 4 — NW Tucson, Marana, Green Valley, Safford | $195 |
| Elsewhere in ArizonaApproved jobs only, with travel and lodging billed as additional expenses | By arrangement |
Zone 2 and 3 travel is waived on jobs over $600.
Minimums and day rates
| Minimum call-out, any job | $250 |
| Half day — up to 4 hours on site, one location | $850 |
| Full day | $1,500 |
Near survey grade — and here is exactly what that means
Our mapping is flown with a DJI Mavic 4 Pro. It is a non-RTK aircraft, so absolute accuracy comes from ground control we place and survey, not from the drone itself.
On a typical site flown at 200 to 300 ft AGL with 5 to 10 surveyed ground control points, we deliver checkpoint accuracy of approximately 0.10–0.16 ft (3–5 cm) horizontal and 0.15–0.25 ft (5–8 cm) vertical. Point-to-point measurement inside the model is typically within 0.1–0.5% of true distance, and stockpile volumes within 1–3%.
Flown without ground control, the same imagery is visually accurate but positionally unanchored — expect several metres of horizontal shift and elevations that can be off by tens of feet, with systematic warping across the block. We will tell you which of those two things you are buying.
- These are RMSE figures measured at independent checkpoints withheld from processing, not software-reported control residuals.
- Accuracy depends on flight planning, image overlap and control distribution, and degrades toward the edges of a block and over low-texture ground such as uniform caliche or bright sand.
- We quote 1-foot contours. We do not quote half-foot contours, because at 5–8 cm vertical RMSE that is a promise the data cannot keep.
This is near survey grade, not a survey. Boundary determination, ALTA/NSPS surveys and FEMA Elevation Certificates require an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor — that is a legal act, not an accuracy threshold, and no drone changes it. If that is what you need, we will refer you to one.
Already flown
We fly this valley regularly, and we hold coverage of a lot of it. If a listing you are taking on is already in the library, you can have the media the day you list it, at roughly 60% of the commissioned rate.
That is a lower price for a genuinely different product, not a discount on the same one. Already-flown media is as captured — no brief, no reshoot, whatever light the day gave, standard edit, and a 12-month licence for that listing. Commissioned work is flown to your brief, on your schedule, reshot if conditions were poor, with perpetual rights.
Ask what we have for a parcel. If we have it, we will send you a watermarked sample.
